Pension protesters in Paris have blocked off an airport terminal as part of a nationwide day of demonstrations, forcing some travellers to arrive by foot.
At Roissy-Charles De Gaulle airport and other locations around the country, small groups of protesters blocked roads, while others held banners reading; "No to the pension reform".
Near Toulouse, in south-west France, plumes of smoke were seen rising from burning piles of debris blocking traffic on a highway.
