Hey guys! Today we are going to make Shepherd's pie. A rustic recipe.
Ingredients:
Minced beef – 500 g
Onion – 1 piece
Carrots – 2 pieces
Potatoes – 500 g
Parmesan cheese – 50 g
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Butter – 40 g
Cream 20% – 200 ml
Chop the potatoes. Boil the potatoes until tender.
Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the carrots into cubes.
Fry the onion in olive oil, then add the carrots. Keep on fire for 2-3 minutes. Add the minced meat and fry for another 5 minutes. Salt and pepper. And simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Add butter and cream to the potatoes and mix well until the consistency of mashed potatoes.
Put the minced meat in the mold, then the potatoes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
