One person has been killed and several others wounded after a shooting at a US high school.
The shooting took place in the state of Iowa at the Perry High School on the first day of students returning
to class.
Authorities have so far confirmed two students and an office administrator were injured during the attack.
Dallas County Sheriff Adam Infante has confirmed the shooter’s birth year was 2006.
Police have alleged the shooter died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
