Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1 cup of warm water (200 ml).
1 cup of warm milk (200 ml).
1 tablespoon of sugar.
8 g dry yeast.
Stir well so that the yeast dissolves.
Add 120 ml of vegetable oil.
2 tablespoons of 9% vinegar.
Sift 500 g of flour through a sieve.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Add another 150 g of flour.
Knead the dough well.
We work with flour.
Knead the dough until it is smooth.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Cover with cling film.
Pour hot water halfway up the pot.
Put the dough in hot water.
And you will see how quickly it ferments.
Cut 5 potatoes into medium pieces.
Pour water and cook until soft.
Remove the foam and add 1/2 tbsp salt.
Chop 1 onion.
Heat 50 ml of vegetable oil.
Fry the onion until golden on medium heat.
The potato is ready. We make mashed potatoes.
Add fried onion, black pepper.
Mix well.
The dough rose well. Like a cloud.
Roll into a large ball.
Divide into 2 parts.
Divide each part into 6 equal parts.
Roll them into a ball.
Cover them so that they cannot air out.
Roll out the dough with your hands to about the size of a dessert plate.
Make a mark by pressing with a wooden skewer.
Add the potato stuffing and fold both sides together, as in the video
Roll up as shown in the video.
Squeeze the edges.
Place on parchment lined with parchment paper.
Leave for 15 minutes.
Yolk, 2 teaspoons of milk.
Lubricate the surface well with yolk.
Sprinkle with sesame.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for 30-35 minutes.
