The father of the 10-year-old boy accused of shooting and killing another 10-year-old in Sacramento returned to court Friday. Arkete Davis, 53, is facing several firearm-related charges, child endangerment, an accessory after the fact and a charge of destroying evidence. He is now being represented by attorney Linda Parisi, who requested Friday's bond hearing be moved to Jan. 10.
