For Macaron Shells:

For Caramel Sauce:

50g (1.76oz) granulated sugar
30g (1.05oz) warm heavy cream
40g (1.41oz) unsalted butter

For Pumpkin Caramel Buttercream:

28g (0.98oz) cream cheese
2 tablespoons of caramel sauce
