Bharat Pe - one of India's best known unicorn companies saw a war in the last few days. After an internal investigation showed clear wrongdoing - Madhuri Jain was sacked, but that was just the tip of the iceberg ... a bigger investigation was underway against her husband & company cofounder Ashneer Grover. Ashneer tried to stop the probe and moved court - but that move was rejected and on 1st March - Grover resigned from Bharat Pe as MD.
Now in the latest - the Economic Offence Wing has registered an FIR against Ashneer Grover, his wife Madhuri Jain & family members for defrauding Bharat Pe of Rs. 81cr.
