A deputy was stationary on a median when he observed a driver with her high beams on traveling behind another vehicle. The deputy flashed his headlights in an attempt to get her to shut off her high beams, but she kept driving with them on.
After pulling her over, the driver manages to turn a simple verbal warning into a chaotic arrest for no reason.
