On July 2021 A report was made to the Miami dade police sheriffs department after a woman was reported sneaking on the plane from the side side door. The woman reported to have bought a seat on the plane but was 45 minutes late for her flight. When asked to get off the place the woman involved refused to forcing the plane to shut down
