There are 5 different scouts that check different roads in Islamabad; they have online data of all the cars, such as license plates and registration numbers, and verify data; if the chase numbers of vehicles are not the same, the vehicle is detained by the same department. The customs department has range rovers, double cabin cars, Land Cruisers, Prados,etc for auction. If someone's case is genuine, the department will return the vehicles to the owner.
