WATCH: Bodycam footage shows Tampa police officers rescuing an 11-month-old baby found in a stolen car on August 5. Police said the infant was “overheated and lethargic” after sitting in the hot car. According to a report, the baby fully recovered and was reunited with her mother. The officers were given the “Life Saving Award” on Thursday.
