University of Pennsylvania President Liz Magill has resigned from her position. This comes after the former university leader appeared before Congress last week to discuss the recent rise of antisemitism on college campuses. Her testimony drew criticism as she was unable to say -- under repeated questioning -- that calls on campus for the genocide of Jewish people would violate the school's conduct policy.
