Ingredients for 4 people:
-6 chicken thighs
-4 boiled potatoes
-100 g of wheat flour
-1 tablespoon of paprika
-3 pcs egg and breadcrumbs
-Salt and pepper
-Oil

Let's prepare the chicken thighs. They also serve fried thighs. We dissect them and leave the thigh bone.
In a bowl, put the cooked potatoes, sliced chicken, wheat flour, paprika, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
Take a portion of this batter, and place it on one end of the chicken bones. Imitate the shape of a real thigh, but with this batter.
Pass the thigh through the egg and breadcrumbs. Then go over the egg and breadcrumbs again. Double breading.
Fry in a generous amount of oil. Place on absorbent paper and serve.
