👍 Perhatikan kekentalan adonan
👍Tidak mengurangi takaran resep
👍Masak sampai mengental / hampir seperti gulali ,tapi jangan sampai menjadi gulali ( nanti pecah saat digulung )
👍Jika pecah saat digulung,masak kembali adonan sampai mengental
👍Jika adonan dituang keloyang dengan mudah mengalir , tandanya belum bisa digulung saat dingin.
👍Jika adonan dituang keloyang lambat mengalir , tandanya bisa digulung saat dingin
👍Bisa juga menggunkaan cetakan( kalau menggunakan cetakan ,tidak perlu menghawatirkan kekentalan adonan )
👍jemur atau angin angin kan diatas loyang sebelum disimpan dalam toples
👍Diamkan dalam wadah tertutup 1 x 24 jam ( sebelum dipotong/ diiris )

🍬3 packs of swallow jelly
🍬600 gr granulated sugar (200gr each for each color)
🍬600 ml of water (200 ml each for each layer)
🍬3 food coloring
🍬pan size 30 x 22

👍 Pay attention to the thickness of the dough
👍Does not reduce the dosage of the recipe
👍Cook until thickened / almost like cotton candy, but don't let it turn into cotton candy (it will break when rolled)
👍If it breaks when rolled, re-cook the dough until it thickens
👍If the dough is poured into a pan that flows easily, it's a sign that it can't be rolled when it's cold.
👍If the dough is poured into a slow-flowing pan, it means that it can be rolled when it's cold
👍You can also use a mold (if you use a mold, you don't have to worry about the thickness of the dough)
👍 Dry or wind it on a baking sheet before storing it in a jar
👍 Let stand in a closed container 1 x 24 hours (before cutting / slicing)
