To make thin tortillas:
Wheat flour - 350 g
Hot water - 200 g
Salt - 1 tsp without slide
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
1. Add salt, vegetable oil and hot water to the flour. Use a spoon to knead the dough. When it has cooled down a little, you can continue kneading the dough with your hands.
2. Put the dough in a bag and let it rest for 20 minutes.
3. Divide into 10-12 equal parts. Roll each piece into a thin cake.
4. Fry in a dry skillet for 30-60 seconds on each side.
5. Sprinkle each cake with water, cover with cling film (parchment or foil) and let sit for 10-20 minutes.
