Recipe :
Ingredients
4 eggs
130g powdered sugar
500g mascarpone sponge cookies a bowl of cold coffee
A little cocoa (for dusting)
Preparation
Separate egg yolks and whites.
Mix the yolks with the sugar, then add the mascarpone. Beat together with a mixer.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
Dip the cookies in the coffee and make a layer of cookies, then a layer of mixture.
Repeat the operation a second time.
Refrigerate overnight.
