• Honey - 100g.
• Sugar - 100g. (or powdered sugar)
• Butter - 80g.
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Yolk - 1 pc. (if you plan to paint with egg white, if not, do not add)
• Flour - 350g (+ - 30g).
• Soda - 1 tsp.
• Salt - 1/3 tsp.
• Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
• Ginger - 1 tsp.
• Cocoa powder - 1st.l.
• Nutmeg, cloves - optional
Icing:
• Egg white - 1pc (30g.)
• Powdered sugar - 170g.
• Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
